Visiting

When:

We meet weekly on Sunday's, beginning at 11am.

Where:

We currently meet at 1501 E 10th Street, Douglas, AZ.

What to expect:

Expect a casual gathering of people from young to the elderly. We sing, pray, and a qualified elder will proclaim God's word. We also observe the Lord's Table every Sunday, with bread and wine.

Only born-again baptized believers that have properly examined themselves are permitted to part-take in the Lord's Table. If you are unsure what this means or what partaking in an unworthy matter looks like, we ask you to simply refrain for the day and ask us more about it. We're happy to talk more about it. 1 Corinthians 11:17–34; 1 Corinthians 11:27–29; 1 Corinthians 11:31–32; Psalm 19:12.

Families:

We are a family integrated church. In short, that means we follow the model we see throughout the Bible when it comes to the gathering of God's people. Throughout scripture, children are always present among the gathering. This is in addition to the abundant commands throughout scripture prescribing the parents as responsible for teaching and raising up a child in the way of the Lord.

Deuteronomy 31:12–13; Deuteronomy 6:4–7; Joshua 8:34–35; Proverbs 22:6; Psalm 127:3-5; Ephesians 6:1–3; Ephesians 6:4; Mark 10:13-16.
